We have undertaken strategic planning projects for the University of New South Wales. RKI's first assignment involved preparing a business case for a university wide electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) upgrade and presentation of the business case to the University's Executive for their consideration. The second project was focused on introducing a formal records management system into the Faculty of Arts Office to improve control over records and bring greater efficiency to administrative processes across the office prior to the rollout of an EDRMS.
