Please use the Registration Form below to register to attend the course. Only registrations supplied on this form will be accepted.
If more than one person from your workplace is attending the course, please complete a separate registration form for each person even if the payment of fees is combined.
The Registration Fee for course is per person and include GST. Course Payments may accompany registration, or an invoice can be sent following receipt of the Registration Form. Payments can be made by cheque payable to Recordkeeping Innovation or by Direct Deposit to our Bank Account. (Account Name: Recordkeeping Innovation P/L; BSB: 112-879; Account No: 429582939)
We reserve the right to postpone courses due to unforeseen circumstances or cancel courses due to insufficient enrolments no less than 5 working days prior to the scheduled delivery date. We will make every effort to ensure that nominees for cancelled courses are placed on the next available course. If nominees cannot be placed on another course, we will offer a full refund or credit in the event of a cancellation.
Should you be unable to attend a course, a substitute registration is welcome at no extra charge. Please let us know as soon as possible to enable us to make changes to personalised materials. Alternatively, we will refund your payment following receipt of written advice of withdrawal, up to five working days before the course.
We regret that no refund can be made for cancellations received less than five working days before a course.
