Bank of Thailand
Records Management Strategic Planning
The Bank of Thailand’s strategy was to work electronically, so its records systems needed review and upgrade to support digital working. Recordkeeping Innovations records management consultants reviewed the current processes and developed classification and work process documentation supporting a secure, but integrated application and recordkeeping system. The project involved designing recordkeeping to support the business and regulatory functions, raise awareness of accountabilities and risk, and to move to a modern records system.
The project also required a review of records retention rules, information governance and authorisation process for records disposal and staff training. Working across different languages required a patient and consultative approach.
